After reviewing the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach Clean Air Action Plan, the founding members decided it was prudent and feasible for the private enterprise sector to take the lead in developing and implementing solutions to reduce diesel-related truck emissions impacting communities surrounding the ports. The coalition was formed as a grass roots effort with the goal of bringing clean truck technology to the harbor areas. It will initially focus on the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach in southern California. <<Back
